Booked deluxe room, that was provided with dressing table and muslim shower. The location of the hotel was top and nice, in the middle of the city.
Some people working there were not very good.

I stayed in a family king suite that had all the modern essentials like a fridge, central heating, and a TV. the location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short distance from the local attractions. Plus, it's only 3 km from Zamzam Well, which is a nice bonus! 😊.

the location was fantastic, offering beautiful views from both the rooms and the rooftop terrace. Secondly, the staff were well-trained and responsible, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities such as the 24-hour hot and cold water and the breakfast were all included in a very reasonable price. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail, as the hotel management even upgraded my room for free. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and the excellent customer service.
All aspects of my stay were great.

the location of the hotel was ideal as we were able to easily explore the nearby attractions. the room had a fantastic view which made our experience even better.
The lack of a backup chef, which resulted in limited dinner options.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly cooperative and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The key location, right in the heart of the city, gave us easy access to all the major attractions. The central heating system was a game-changer and kept us safe from the dangerous gas heaters commonly used in this area. the rooms were very well maintained and equipped with all the essential amenities.
There were a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast was not up to the mark and lacked variety.
